Mission Statement

Two years ago FCC Lebanon underwent a New Beginning consultation with the Church Extension Office.  We determined at that time we needed a radical transformation of our ministries.  After a number of cottage meetings and prayer we declared ourselves to be a congregation in Transformation.  Our mission statement since that day has become “Being transformed by a renewal of our minds.”  In this statement we believe that Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, is working with us to determine a new course for our church.  We trust God’s leading and dedicate ourselves to clarify that new thing God is doing in our midst.

Member Information:

Those who make a public confession of faith in Jesus Christ and are baptized into the newness of life he provides have completed the requirements for membership in this body.  If those wishing to join us in membership have been baptized in another church/denomination they are considered to have completed this requirement and may simply make a reaffirmation of their faith before the congregation on Sunday morning.
